Yousef Bahzad is a Qatari/American visual artist, born in Michigan, whose practice centres on painting and experimental photography. The two forms supplement and feed into one another, echoing across tone, colour and imagery, so that each painting informs a photograph and each photograph shapes the next painting in turn.
