Shenja Tatschke is a Berlin-based visual artist. Her work is known for its bold, colorful, cartoony designs, quirky and eccentric characters, and playful illustrations and gifs. She wants her art to make you laugh, while also leaving you with a sense of wonder. 

Her work explores themes of friendship, love, spirituality and the natural awkwardness of human interactions, emotions, and unapologetic confidence. Shenja's main influences come from cartoons such as Bob's Burgers, artists like Sophie Koko Gate, Adult Swim, and absurd cinema. She also draws inspiration from her travels, meditation, day-dreaming, and people-watching.

Shenja has been working on editorial and commercial illustrations, digital art, commissioned NFT projects, and animated short films, along with murals and fine art paintings. The German artist has showcased her work at a variety of exhibitions throughout her homeland. Whilst her client list boasts names like WIRED, Adobe, Wodka Gorbatschow, Sloggi and ZEIT Studienführer.
