French photographer Jib Peter takes pictures In black and white which will play games with your emotions. Throughout his work you can find an uncanny silence, yet he always achieves such perfect stories told inside a simple frame.

Soulful photographs of countryside leisure time and portraits which are really hard to take out from our vision. Jib produces such significant photographs which are highly emotive and chants a story in monochrome which is so pleasant to hear. The diptych’s here are nothing but dramatic screenplay of wild imagination. Jib is brilliant at catching hold of his imagination and creative concepts and turning them into beautiful photographs.

Inspiration comes through various fields for Jib, not just photography, but also music and cinema. The Frenchman lists the likes of Sally Mann, Dominique Issermann and Koudelka as some of his main sources for this, but also claims to be “very influenced by what I can see everywhere. I’m very curious”. This all comes to light through his beautifully shot work.
