Catalina Codreanu is a Romanian artist living and working in Austria whose work explores the many forms and depths of love, from maternal bonds to romantic connection and the everyday magic of being alive. Catalina studied Painting at the National University of Arts Bucharest and the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, grounding her practice in both Romanian and Italian artistic traditions.
Her career spans solo and group exhibitions, national art events, residencies, and collaborations, including a project with Salzburg Theater. Catalina’s work has been featured in leading art publications, television and radio, and sold at Artmark, Romania’s premier auction house.
