Dejan Ivanović, known on the street-art scene as Wuper, is a Serbian artist born in Novi Sad, now living and working in Inđija. A graduate of Beogradska Politehnika, where he studied in the class of professor Duško Trifunović, he has been painting walls since 2007, steadily raising the quality of his work and shaping a style that is unmistakably his own.
While large wall surfaces remain at the heart of his practice, since 2016 he has turned equal attention to oil painting and to the research and refinement of his technique across mediums. His work has taken him to street-art festivals both at home and internationally, earning him several awards and acknowledgements, alongside many group exhibitions and three solo shows since 2018.
